Our Why

Back in 2015 I was diagnosed with medical condition which made me bed-ridden for large parts of the day.

For a normal person running a normal business, suffering like this would have made running a business impossible.

Since 2015, the business actually grew from strength to strength.

When I look back to understand how this happened and how I managed to have the time to focus on myself and improve my health, I discovered a large part was because I had the best team in the world working for me.

How can you say thank you for a group of people that have given back your health and time to spend it with your family?

What is a true WIN – WIN – WIN relationship that I can create?

After countless months, pondering this interesting question I came up with a creative solution.

Out of this was birthed the idea of PGI – a company whereby I could create Opportunities for my Filipino Team to create a future they could not have achieved by themselves.
